A Realtor may become a member of COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE for a $100.00 membership fee good for two years, and receive a personalized web page that will be designed and maintained by Colorado Realty Hotline with your picture, company logo, and bio, (you supply the photo and bio), plus a FREE 90 day "Visual Tour" Internet package for your listings, plus FREE e mail software. There is no monthly fee to maintain and update the Realtor's home page. After the 90 day period each "Visual Tour" will have a $40.00 set up fee (Colorado Realty Hotline shoots the photographs), or $25.00 if the Realtor furnishes the photographs. If a Realtor does not wish to become a member he may obtain a visual tour for a $75.00 set up fee. All "Visual Tours" of listings will be kept on the site until they sell.
Each Realtor will be furnished a sign rider that attaches to the existing for sale sign that says, "See inside!....... WWW.ColoradoRealtyHotline.com" This affords the educated buyer a chance for a "no pressure" tour of the home via their computer. They may then call the Realtor for a showing.

1. How do I search for a home on the Hotline? Simply go to the "Visual Tour" page and click on the listing you would like to see. The area, style, and price, are all shown. After viewing if you would like to set up an appointment to see the listing or obtain more information call 1-800-887-7888.
You can also view the various listings by clicking on the Residential, Commercial, New Construction or Trade and Exchange buttons on the Home Page to view a map of Colorado with the location of the property. Simply click on the red dot on the map and a "Visual Tour" will begin.
2. Why aren’t the addresses included? Due to interpretation of local legal and business issues involved in displaying addresses COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE assigns a listing number to the property and has established an easy 1-800-887-7888 number to guarantee confidentiality at the same time making it easy for the prospective purchaser to arrange a private showing with the Realtor of the property. A map display feature is provided that will allow the buyer to determine more closely the neighborhood and location of the property. This protects your seller, and should make them feel more comfortable about showing inside photographs of the listing.
3. How does the buyer get more information on a home that looks interesting? When the buyer finds a listing or house that they would like to know more about, they can simply call 1-800-887-7888 for more information or to set up a showing with the Realtor, or e mail to info@ColoradoRealtyHotline.com. 4. Why isn’t the city I want on COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE? New cities are coming on board every week. Our staff has access to homes and properties throughout the entire state of Colorado. If a buyer doesn’t find the city or a house in the area they are looking for, they can simply dial 1-800-887-7888 and we will put them in touch with an experienced Realtor in the area they are searching. If you know a fellow Realtor that specializes in a certain area, put him in touch with Colorado Realty Hotline. Any Realtor in the state of Colorado may become a member and be entered on our referral list.
5. How often are the listings updated? Generally, each site is updated on a weekly basis. As the listings sell they are removed and new listings added. Only listings categorized as "active" are shown.
6. What about listing rentals, can you help me? We’re sorry, but we do not include rentals on our site.
7. I have listings for land, multifamily homes, or commercial property, can you help me? Currently, we do not include many "visual tours"of these property types, but we are looking for more! A buyer can call 1-800-887-7888 to obtain a list of commercial, land, and income properties in their market area. COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE can also put them in touch with brokers that specialize in selling business opportunities like markets, liquor stores, gas stations, restaurants etc.
8. What about tax free Trade or Exchanges? COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE has a special category of properties for trade and exchange. COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE can also refer a buyer to brokers who specialize in locating "exchange properties" in their market area and will help them make all of the necessary arrangements to enlist the services of a qualified intermediary.
9. How long does it take for my property to appear on COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE? In the Denver-Boulder-Evergreen area it generally takes 2-3 days for the "visual tour" to get onto the site. COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE will take the photographs of the property. Realtors may submit their own photographs if they prefer. Listings from other cities will require pictures to be sent to COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE and may take longer periods of time depending on when the photos are received .
10. How many times can I edit the text on my "visual tour", and how much does it cost to do it each time? There is no limit to the number of times you can edit the text on the property. Editing is free no matter how many times you make changes.
11. How will I be notified of a potential buyer? COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE has 24 hour "live" secretaries who will answer questions or put a prospect in touch with those that can. Some Realtors and owners have E-mail addresses, you will be notified through E-mail or by phone of any potential purchasers of your property that day.
12. I'm a Realtor and would really like to have a Home Page on COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE. What can I do from my end? Contact COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE at 1-800-887-7888 and ask about becoming a member. There is a $100.00 membership fee good for two years, that includes the cost of designing your Home Page (you supply a picture and a bio) and maintaining it, there is NO MONTHLY FEE. In addition there is a $40.00 set-up fee for a "visual tour" of each listing, (first 90 days are free). The property will stay on the internet until it sells and is closed. Each of your listings and links to your "Visual Tours" will be listed on your own web page. This way, you may advertise your own web address on brochures, signs, and in newspapers as a link to all your listings!
13. What if I don’t want to become a member and have a home page? COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE will still set up an "Inside Visual Tour" for non-member Realtors. There is a $75.00 set-up fee for a "visual tour" of each listing. The property will stay on the internet until it sells and is closed.
14. How will people driving by my listing know that the property is on COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE? COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE will provide the Realtor a metal rider that attaches to their existing sign that says:
"See inside! WWW.ColoradoRealtyHotline.com" The web site may also be advertised on brochures or in newspapters giving the potential buyer the opportunity to preview the house via the Internet or after a showing to "refresh their memory".
15. Does COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE have a referral program for Realtors? Yes we do have a referral program for Realtors from other states or in Colorado. Call our toll free number and refer a client to another Realtor and we will pay a 20% referral fee to the Realtor referring the client.
