COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE MEMBERSHIP
I ___________________________________________________am a Realtor with ______________________________________________________________________________located at _________________________________________________________in the city of ___________________________________ in the state of Colorado, at_________(zip code) and would like to become a member of COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE a real estate affiliated Internet company based in Colorado.
I understand the membership fee will be $100 that entitles me to a home page that will be designed and maintained by COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE for a two year period starting from ________________________ and ending_________________________. In addition I will receive a FREE 90 day "Visual Tour " package that allows me to put one of my listings on the Internet until it sells, at which time I may list another for FREE. There will be an additional set-up fee of $40.00 for each additional "Visual Tour" during this time period, or $25.00 if I take the pictures myself. After my FREE 90 day time period expires my listings will be placed on the Internet for a $40.00 set up fee, $25.00 if I take the pictures myself. I understand COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE will take the pictures (outside and inside) or I may submit photographs of the property myself to be used in the "Visual Tour", (Realtors outside the Denver Metro, Boulder, Evergreen, Conifer, or Ft.Collins- Greeley area must submit their own photographs).
In compliance with COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE rules and regulations I will attach a rider to the for sale sign, (free from COLORADO REALTY HOTLINE) at the property that says:
"See inside at WWW.ColoradoRealtyHotline.com"
