Ed Cassidy's career in music bagan in the 1930's long before the dawn of rock and roll.  His musical styles encompass jazz, swing, and even country western.  At 82 years of age, Ed Cassidy is the oldest performing rock and roll drummer in the world.

In the 1960's along with Randy California, Jay Ferguson, Mark Andes and John Locke, he formed the innovative rock group "Spirit".  Their hit "I Got A Line On You" spawned numerous album releases and concerts throughout the world.
